What you can hold us to.
Anyone can promise good delivery. We would rather tell you specifically what to expect, and let you judge us against it.
Four things we will not compromise on.
These are not marketing lines. They are the standard we ask you to measure every engagement against, from a first phone call through to the last invoice.
We listen before we pitch
Every engagement starts with discovery. We will not propose a solution before we understand your operations, your people, and what you are actually trying to fix. If we recommend something in the first conversation, that is a red flag, not a good sign.
We speak your language
No talk of large language models, transformers, or agents unless you want to go there. If we cannot explain something in plain English, we do not understand it well enough yet to be charging you for it.
We build working things
There is a difference between a consultancy that hands you a strategy deck and one that ships. The AI feature on our own site is ours, built by us, running live in production, not a mock-up for a sales call.
We are honest about limitations
AI cannot solve everything. We will flag the risks, name the things that will not work, and tell you when the answer is no, even when saying yes would be more profitable for us in the short term.
Four principles behind everything we deliver.
These sit underneath the ADDEE framework and shape how every stage is actually run, not just what it is called.
People First
Technology serves your team, not the other way around. Every recommendation starts with your people, your workflows, and your culture, not a generic playbook.
Governed by Default
Responsible AI is not a bolt-on feature we add if you ask nicely. Oversight, transparency, and ethical guard-rails are built into every engagement from day one.
Delivered and Evolved
We do not drop a solution and disappear. The ADDEE framework is built for continuous improvement, with EVOLVE looping back into Assess so progress stays visible.
Built for Longevity
No lock-in, no bloat, no dependency on us to keep functioning. Everything we build is designed to grow with your business and remain fully in your hands.
Governance is not paperwork. It is how we work.
Every engagement is delivered with the same underlying discipline, regardless of size or budget.
What AI will not do for you.
Every consultancy will tell you what AI can do. Fewer will tell you where it falls down, or when you should not buy it at all. Here is where we will push back, every time.
AI will not fix a broken process
Automating a process that does not work simply produces bad output faster. If we find the real problem is the process, we will tell you, and fixing that may not need AI at all.
Sometimes the honest answer is no
Most UK businesses cite no identified need as their main barrier to AI, and sometimes they are right. If an assessment finds AI is not where your money should go this year, that is what the report will say.
Off-the-shelf tools often win
A lot of what a small business needs is a well-configured tool and an hour of training, not a bespoke build. We will recommend that route when it is the right one, even though it earns us less.
