Velyntic is an AI adoption consultancy and web design studio based in North Yorkshire, UK. When we refer to "we", "us", or "our" in this policy, we mean Velyntic. When we refer to "you" or "your", we mean anyone who visits our website, uses our services, or submits information through our forms.

How we store your data
Form submissions are processed by Basin and delivered to our email inbox. We store project-related data in secure, access-controlled systems for the duration of the engagement and for a reasonable period afterwards (typically 24 months) for reference and support purposes. After this period, we delete it unless you ask us to keep it or there is a legal reason to retain it.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data (where there is no legal obligation to retain it)
- Object to processing of your data
- Request a copy of your data in a portable format
